The format of the conference is not fixed, it can be modeled by the ImageJ Community.

We remain open to every additional idea for the conference. Its control software (the NanoJ-Fluidics software) is ImageJ-based and can be fully integrated with microscopy acquisition software. It is a ready-to-use bundle of ImageJ plugins for use in life sciences. We are convinced that this conference will be again a "meeting place" for the community to discuss the usage and the development with and of ImageJ. FIJI (Download, Video Tutorials, Tutorials)Fiji is a distribution of ImageJ. Compared to recent years, we will have more space for this part of the conference. Scientific posters and an expo area will accompany these presentations. LOCI spearheaded the ImageJ2 redesign of ImageJ, originally called ImageJDev, in late 2009 via a grant proposal to NIH.
